Coterie would love for you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. However, in the event that may not be the case, we are happy to accept your return or exchange of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind the following:

Returns & Exchanges

At Cotorie, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

• Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items.

• Requests must be made via WhatsApp or email within 3 working days of delivery.

• Exchanges are limited to the same design in a different size, or an item of equal or higher value (subject to availability).

• Customers are responsible for all postage fees for sending items back for exchange.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached and in original packaging, along with the receipt.

• Worn, soiled, stained, scuffed, or altered items will not be accepted.

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

• Bespoke made-to-order items

• Face masks

• Accessories

• Sale / discounted / promotional items

Cotorie reserves the right to deny unreasonable exchange requests.
