•  Shipping and pickup services are only available within Malaysia.
• Delivery charges will apply and may vary based on location and courier service. We always engage trustworthy couriers offering the best rates.
• All orders are shipped with a tracking number. For security reasons, all purchases made online require a signature upon delivery.
• Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or rented post addresses.
• Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
• Cotorie is not responsible for unanticipated shipping delays.
• Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
