Order Cancellation Window
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, dispatched, or collected for self-pickup, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
How to Cancel

Please include your order number, name, and contact details in your request.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
As per our store policy, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, we will issue you a store credit or exchange option of equal value, which can be applied towards future purchases.
Exceptions
Cancellations may be permitted without penalty in cases where an item becomes unavailable due to stock error or quality control failure. In such cases, you will be contacted by our team and offered either an exchange of equal value or store credit.
Cotorie’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if the product is unavailable, if there are inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.
